Sheyda was imported from Bokan, Iran in the fall of 2003. Melik Kennels along with Monica Stoner, Sacre T’yana, Susan Schroeder, Ash-Shi’ra, and Geraldine Clarke brought Sheyda to the USA in December of 2003.
Sheyda was a beautiful Saluki, both physically as well as in her soul. She handled life with a rare grace that is sorely missed.
Sheyda produced a beautiful litter sired by *Sarban. She then had a litter by Kayvan Tizpa el Taschara whelped in Germany. Upon returning to the US Sheyda had her final litter sired by the import *Ghobad who was from the same area Sheyda was from. All three litters have been exceptional and all three litters have come forward at this time. You can find her pups through our kennel. Her German family can be found here
